Ms. Lizzy is a court appointed sexual behavior counselor and the patient has a severe foot fetish. This is the patient's last visit, which is great news for the patient, but not for her. She thinks up a plan to keep the patient coming back. It sure would be a shame if the patient relapsed because he's been working so hard on his foot fetish. Ms. Lizzy slips off her shoes and arouses the patient. She knows this and uses this against the patient to keep him coming back for more visits with her.
