CLEO has been CAUGHT, she's a secret spy with a coveted secret formula. CLEO is laid down with her BARE FEET and SOLES propped up. CLEO is asked for the secret formula but refuses to give it up. Upo CLEO'S refusal her FEET are TICKLED. CLEO LAUGHS as she gets TICKLED on her FEET and TOES begging for the FOOT TICKLING to stop. CLEO is TICKLE and told the TICKLING will never end until she reveals the formula. CLEO refuses time and time again when she is asked for it and the TICKLING CONTINUES. Finally, the TICKLE is too much for CLEO to handle and she says she will reveal the information if the TICKLING stops.
